The Rode SC7 is a coiled adapter cable that lets you plug a mic or a wireless receiver equipped with a 3.5mm TRS output connector into the 3.5mm

TRRS headphone jack of a smartphone or tablet.

The SC7 is compatible with both iOS and Android devices and can be used

with Rode microphones and wireless receivers, as well as mics/wireless receivers from other manufacturers.

The cable is terminated with a black 3.5mm TRS right-angled male connector at one end for the mic

and a gray 3.5mm TRRS right-angled male connector at the other for the smartphone.

The connectors are gold-plated to protect against corrosion.

The SC7 is a high-quality shielded 3.5mm TRS to TRRS patch cable. It is designed to connect microphones

with a TRS output to devices with a TRRS input like a smartphone or tablet.

Featuring a coiled cable, it extends from 170mm to up to 400mm and has right-angled connectors
